The Forest Botanicals Region Living Monument’s Storywalk Trail features eleven interpretive signs that highlight the historical, cultural, medicinal, economic, and ecological value of Central and Southern Appalachia’s abundance medicinal and edible plants. The Storywalk Trail was created by Shannon E. Bell (lead author, graphic designer, and editor), Victoria Ferguson (contributing author), Ruby Daniels (contributing author), Ryan Huish (contributing author), Nathan Wachacha David Bush (contributing author), Dina Cyrus/Vacker Sign (design layout and fabrication), and Shayne Fields (sign placement and installation).
